Pharmaceutical Product Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of pharmaceutical products, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
The item(s) must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging, labeling, and accessories.

Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to securely package and ship the item(s) back to us.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item(s) were shipped in error or are found to be defective upon inspection.
Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds for Pharmaceutical Products
Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s) and verifying their condition.
Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the item(s) were shipped in error or are found to be defective.
In the case of a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a full refund, including the original shipping and handling fees.
Prescription Medication and Controlled Substances
Prescription medications and controlled substances are not eligible for returns or refunds, as per regulatory requirements.
These types of products are subject to strict handling and storage protocols, and cannot be resold or redistributed once they have left our facility.
Custom-made or Personalized Products
Custom-made or personalized products may not be eligible for returns or refunds. These items are created specifically to meet the individual needs of our customers and cannot be resold or redistributed.
